1. Your personal data is being processed pursuant to the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing the Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

By contacting us via the contact form on our Website, you provide us with the following personal data:

This data is processed for the purpose of correspondence with persons contacting the Foundation. It is voluntary, but necessary to respond to your email. The basis of data processing is the legitimate interest of the Foundation in contacting persons interested in its activities.

When making a donation through the Website, you provide the following personal data:

c. phone number,
d. email address,
e. bank account number.
This data is processed for the purpose of accepting and entering the donation in the books. The provision of such data is voluntary, but necessary for the purpose of making a donation. The basis for processing the data is the execution of the donation agreement between us and you and the need for the Foundation to fulfil its obligations under the law.

III. Personal Data Storage Period

Your personal data will be processed as long as there is a purpose of processing personal data. c. delete your personal data,

e. limit on the use of your personal data by the Foundation,

g. file a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. If the Foundation has obtained your consent to the processing of your personal information, you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to withdrawal) by contacting us using the contact details below.

The Foundation provides your personal data to entities providing IT services to us:
